- Carrying out operational activities necessary for you to benefit from the services offered by our Company,
- Planning, auditing, and executing information security processes,
- Fulfilling legal obligations to provide information to authorized public institutions.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred in line with the purposes stated above and in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK;
- To our business partners and suppliers for the execution of operational processes,
- To legally authorized public institutions and judicial authorities to fulfill legal obligations,
- To domestic (or, where applicable, foreign) cloud server providers from whom we receive secure data storage and infrastructure services.
4. Method and Legal Basis of Collection
Your personal data is collected wholly or partly by automated means through forms on our website, cookies, and logging tools. This data is processed based on the legal grounds of;
- "Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, provided that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract",

- To request information if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- To know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion/destruction,
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
